If you have requested the removal of data within the last 10 days you may still request your data. See the "How do I request my data?" article for more information.

You are also able to cancel the removal of your data whilst the deletion is in pending status. This can be done by accessing the remove data area in the privacy controls and selecting cancel data removal.

If you have already requested the removal of your data and 14 days have passed, then we are unable to retrieve your data, as we will have processed your deletion request.
