There can be several reasons why you can't activate or re-activate your VIP subscription.

- The payment details are invalid. To check this, head to the app store page where you entered your payment details and make sure everything is correct there. If you use a credit card, make sure it is not expired.

- The funds are insufficient to complete the transaction.

- You have reached your spending limit for the selected payment method.

- If you use iOS, it is possible that your In-app Purchases are disabled. To enable them, go to your device's Settings, select "Screen Time", tap on the "Content & Privacy Restrictions" button, click on "iTunes & App Store Purchases", then go to "In-app Purchases" and allow them.
