You do this by selecting the question in the match screen, which is where you can review the questions and answers you gave during a match. Selecting the relevant question and then selecting the "Report Question" option allows you to submit a report and state your reason for reporting the question.

We review reported questions daily and continuously make changes to improve the quality of the questions.

As you can imagine, this can be a time-consuming task, so please double-check before reporting a question. For instance, a commonly reported question that is in fact not incorrect is the following:

The correct answer is Finland, as Scandinavia only covers Sweden, Norway, and Denmark!
