Try the following and see if you can see your item afterwards:

- Make sure that you have a stable connection.
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting to your WiFi/data in your device's settings.
- Try checking your device's settings to make sure that it is NOT set to airplane mode.
- Try closing and restarting the app.
