- Uninstall the app

- Download it again from the App Store/Play Store

- Launch the app -Wait 5-10 seconds

The app will now start syncing from the server and your progress will be restored, try to be patient because this might take a little while!

Make sure that you are connected to the internet while playing the game so that it can save your progress properly!
